Does it cost anything to join?
No. Creating a profile, applying, and working shifts is completely free. The rate on the shift card is exactly what you earn.
What documents will I need?
It depends on the role — typically a government ID, plus any licenses or certifications the shift requires (food handler card, forklift, OSHA-10). You upload each once and reuse it everywhere.
What if GPS fails at my worksite?
You can submit a manual clock request with a photo or note. A supervisor reviews it — your real arrival time is kept, never discarded.
When do I get paid?
Your company pays you on its normal payroll schedule. Shiftnimbo gets your hours approved fast — typically within 24 hours of shift end — so payday has no surprises.
Can I cancel a shift I accepted?
Yes, up to the shift's cancellation cutoff (shown before you apply). Late cancellations and no-shows affect your reliability score, which schedulers see.
