Do workers ever pay anything?
Never. Workers don't pay fees and we don't take a cut of their pay — the rate on the shift is what they earn.
What counts as an "active worker"?
A worker who was assigned to at least one of your shifts that month. Applicants and browsing workers are unlimited on every plan.
Can we change plans mid-pilot?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time; changes prorate on your next invoice.
Is there a contract?
Starter and Growth are month-to-month. Scale is an annual agreement with a pilot-exit clause.
